14th – 16th July 2021 Wellington
On behalf of the IOQ and the AQA I would like to thank you for attending the QuarryNZ Conference and contributing to the success that it was. The conference saw over 500 delegates and exhibitors come together to listen to what were some very interesting and diverse topics top of mind right now in the Quarrying Industry. Feedback from exhibitors and delegates has been that they were able to network and engage with key people in one place and create contacts that will help them in their future business. We thank you for your support of the QuarryNZ Conference and look forward to seeing you again in New Plymouth in 2022.
The IOQ is a professional institute and its membership is open to individuals in a position of responsibility who have appropriate qualifications and/or experience employed in, or supplying to, the surface mineral extractive and processing industries.

The AQA was formed in response to the need for an industry group that could represent aggregate companies on a range of issues, as well as liaise with specifiers and end users of the materials. Membership has widened to include, for instance, lime suppliers, and stands at over 80 companies, which between them produce 85% of the aggregates and allied raw materials used in New Zealand.

The conference is an opportunity for all those involved in the quarrying industry to interact and exchange ideas, take the opportunity to hear the experiences of guest speakers and to socialise with old friends and colleagues and to make new contacts. CPD: 4 hours restricted CPD and up to 15 hours of unrestricted CPD available.
